The University of Miami has a large network of LGBTQ+ faculty, staff, and administrators who are out and proud at work. Through the LGBTQ+ Mentorship Program, undergraduate students are paired with an employee mentor who offers support, guidance, and friendship. For information, email lgbtq@miami.edu.
