The University of Miami demonstrates its support for the LGBTQ community by marching in the annual Miami Beach Pride parade, held each spring semester. All Hurricanes are welcome to walk alongside the University of Miami pride float, decorated with UM spirit and a rotating theme that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
