IBIS Ally Mentorship Program

The University of Miami has a large network of allies, as well as LGBTQ+ faculty, staff, and administrators who are out and proud at work. Through the IBIS Ally Mentorship Program, undergraduate and graduate students are paired with a staff or faculty mentor who offers support, guidance, and friendship. Become a Mentor

If you would like to become an IBIS Ally Mentor for a student at the University of Miami, please fill out the Mentor Application Form on OrgSync by Friday, September 14, 2018.

Eligibility for mentor position includes:

- Completing an IBIS Ally Network Training session

- Faculty, staff, or administrator from any campus for the University of Miami

- LGBTQ+ identified individual or a self-identified ally of the LGBTQ+ Community

If you would like to become an IBIS Ally Mentee, please fill out the Mentee Application Form on OrgSync by Friday, September 21, 2018.
